Where are we going?
A precise destination that makes sense for the business.
Easy Innovation / Digital
A project by Nicholas Durante
I think like a programmer: start from the outcome, break down the problem and build only what is needed to reach it.How I work
A new brand, a product launch, a business restart or a simpler process: first we define the destination, timeframe and result to measure.
Only then do we choose tools, messages and technology.
Consulting and strategy, yes.
With the mindset of someone who can also design and build the system.
The method
A precise destination that makes sense for the business.
Realistic timing, clear priorities and a sustainable path.
Sales, attendance, enquiries, efficiency or brand perception.
Strategy, content, a website, an app, automation or a complete system.
What I build
Every element must push in the same direction.
The project can be small or complex; the logic stays the same.
Goal, offer, audience, message, priorities and action plan.
Websites, e-commerce, applications, dashboards, AI and workflows.
Identity, authentic content, social, reels, campaigns and events.
Readable metrics, testing, corrections and continuous growth.
Apps, web apps and stores
We design applications around the way people really work.
We can manage interface, development, testing and publication on the App Store and Google Play.
Illustrative interfaces.
Every product is designed around the real process.
Real cases
Case 01 · Historic café
We turned a generational handover into a simple, authentic story: social pages, spoken reels, a digital menu, familiar products presented with new energy and a launch event.
Case 02 · Beauty salon
We reorganised services, brands, expertise, programmes and subscriptions.
Rebranding, restyling, content, search visibility and campaigns made the offer clear to new customers.
Case 03 · Product launch
The message kept stressing the gas cylinder and turned a technical feature into an objection.
We reframed the product around the real desire: a compact, designed grill for Milan terraces and penthouses.
Figures refer to the individual cases described.
Every project has its own conditions, timing and outcomes; they are not a promise of returns.
Nine situations
Turn an internal handover into a story the market notices.
Make existing services, expertise and quality easy to see.
Move attention from the objection to the reason to want it.
Give position, identity and a system to a raw idea.
Find friction, missing questions and weak points in the journey.
Cut the noise and show immediately what the customer buys.
Build apps, automation and dashboards where they matter.
Reorder priorities, offer, content and channels.
Connect campaign, product and metrics before going live.
No theatre
Focused questions and a close study of market, product and customer.
I say early what is feasible, what is not and where investment makes sense.
No weeks of slides designed to delay a decision.
We do not stop at graphics or a template.
I can activate a structure of programmers and specialists to build real websites, apps, automation and operating systems.
From brief to market
We define the outcome, build what is needed and coordinate every asset.
Digital, physical or both.
Positioning, identity, landing page, commerce, app, campaign and assets work as one system.
Concept, invitations, registrations, staging, content and measurement turn the event into a result.
Why Nicholas
The foundation is administration, finance and marketing.
The method comes from software: understand the problem, split it into parts, choose the tools and make them work together.
That intersection connects the company with its end customer.
Between 2020 and 2023, I helped launch eight brands.
In 2026, their combined revenue is approximately €9.5 million.

The next project
We start from the destination, then design the plan and the technology needed to reach it.
